Some people prefer hands-on training, while others prefer instructor-led classroom training. Some prefer to immerse themselves in a topic for a day, while others like to put aside an hour each day. It’s fair to say that catering to the different learning needs of your team is hugely important to the success rate of the training and to increase learning retention.
